Kazakhstan To Order Russian Mi-35M Helicopters
Kazakhstan is planning to receive four Mi-35M combat helicopters in the next year. These Mi-35M helicopters will be bought by Kazakhstan from A Russian state owned Rostec subsidiary.
This deal was done in order to strengthen the relations between the two parties, specifically the armed forces. These helicopters will be used in order to replace the Mi-24 helicopters.
Here is what Vladislav Saveyev, the Russian Helicopter deputy sales CEO, said about this.
“Unlike its predecessor, the Mi-35M has significantly expanded possibilities of use, since it can perform combat missions at any time and under any weather conditions. It has increased rate of survival in the air due to its advanced security features. Its performance characteristics are also improved.”
